DESIGN CONSULTATION
The design consultation takes place at your premise or via Zoom, during which we get to know one another and learn all we need to know about your future project. We collate all the required information to provide you with a design proposal detailing the project brief, design intentions, scope of works, project timeline, and fee schedule.
Cost — $495 for 90 minutes
A design consultation is required prior to services below. Locations beyond the Gold Coast may incur a travel fee.
CONCEPT CREATION
We create a cohesive digital look-book with mood boards, design intentions and direction for the project along with materials schemes, suggestive furniture, feature lighting and window treatments.
Use this digital look book to move forward on your own or if you find yourself overwhelmed with the project ahead, then look to our Interior Design services.
Design fees are project dependant and are quoted following a design consultation.
INTERIOR DESIGN: FULL SERVICE
Our full service covers every aspect of the design process, from concept through to design development and documentation.
We design the complete interior of the project, providing you with rendered images and a fly-through video to help you visualise the intended design. This allows designer and client to refine the interior details before the construction phase commences.
Our design documentation package includes all required floor plans, elevations, lighting and electrical plans, joinery drawings and FF&E schedule.
Once a builder is appointed and we've handed over the design documentation package, we will continue to liaise with trades and consultants, reviewing shop drawings and schedule regular site appointments as required. We provide assistance throughout the construction process to ensure the outcome is as designed.

INTERIOR DESIGN: HALF SERVICE
Should you only require the design and documentation of a few spaces within the project such as the kitchen or bathrooms, our half services allows you to receive all the same deliverables as our full service for the areas of your choice.

INTERIOR STYLING
Our design approach is personalised and bespoke. We learn what you value in both form & function, and resolve this into a carefully curated furniture package that is functional and gives you a sense of peace in your home.
We have a vast catalogue of suppliers, manufactures & makers, whom we work closely with to bring you the best selections for your home. As well as sourcing ready-made pieces, we can design custom upholstery, furniture and joinery pieces.
You’ll be presented with all the selections along with material samples and a scaled furniture plan outlining the proposed spatial plan. Should we design any custom upholstery, furniture or joinery, we produce all require documentation for the manufacture of these pieces.
We take care of all logistics throughout the design process, allowing you to step back as we manage the project from concept to installation.

While we predominately work on residential interiors, we can also produce small commercial projects including workplaces and retail spaces.
