THE STUDIO & FOUNDER
Led by Beck Smith, Studio Beck is a Gold Coast–based interior design studio working closely with clients throughout each project. Beck approaches every space with a clear understanding that function must exist for a space to work — but never at the expense of feeling, comfort or meaning.
Her work is shaped by a love of art, story and thoughtful layering, combining old and new elements to create interiors with depth and character. Objects and artefacts are sourced both locally and abroad, chosen for their craftsmanship, history and ability to bring depth and character to a space.
An ingrained appreciation for art and narrative led Beck to develop her own collection of sculptural ceramics. Time spent exploring Europe in 2024 and 2025 further informed the studio’s approach — observing how architecture and interiors evolve over time, where preservation and modern life coexist naturally.
Today, both Studio Beck’s interior work and ceramic collection are guided by the same principles: considered design, strong character and spaces that feel lived in.
